I’m new to peapod and I’m using this version. I like it so far. I’m having trouble configuring a feed for NPR’s Science Friday. This podcast is a bit unusual in that it comes out once a week and is typically at least 2 files, but sometimes upto 6 or 7 because they chop up the podcast when they switch topics. Peapod only wants to download one of these files. I tried putting 10 in the feed’s entry in peapod.xml, but that was ignored. If I put it into the global options file, peapod will download the 10 most recent of all of my feeds. Is there a way to do what I want? I.e. just download the multiple Science Friday files each week?

Thanks for a nice client.

Just a quick follow up, I notice that your blog software is eating the xml tags in my comment. The bare “10” in my previous comment was surrounded by your “maxfetch” tag.

Hi Albert, sorry for not replying earlier didn’t spot your comment amongst all the spam.
You probably want something like:
<feed>
<options>
<maxfetch>10</maxfetch>
</options>
<url>http://someplace</url>
<title>NPR</title>
</feed>
